When the stitches need to rest, for example when you separate your knitting into sleeves and body, these leather straps are fantastic. If you want them even softer, you can condition them with beeswax. There is a good video from Cocoknits showing how to thread the needle through the leather strap. The kit contains two shorter straps of 75 cm and one long one of 150 cm, as well as two needles.
