For red wine, the schist geology translates into decidedly dark fruit profiles and inky, long, and very mineral think slate wines. Rustic and very characteristic of the Languedoc region. Blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Carignan. Hand picked and de stemmed. Aged in tank. Faugres, Languedoc, France
