the Noval Vintage does not possess the breeding or the bravura of the Nacional and yet it remains a very impressive Port a success for the vintage
though it perhaps does not possess the amplitude of the previous vintage
Drouhin Laroze, Chapelle Chambertin other_regions liquorice and dark chocolate(from a . 52 ha parcel in En La Chapelle; vinified with 25% whole clusters). A background application of wood serves as a reasonably neutral backdrop for the floral and attractively spicy aromas of plum and dark pinot fruit that is cut with a touch of earth character. There is more volume if less power to the more generously proportioned medium bodied flavors that coat the palate with dry extract that also helps to buffer the moderately firm tannic
