Veterans Stadium Black-and-White Aerial Classic c.1971 w/Spectrum and JFK Poster Print - Image Source Virginia Cavaliers Posters and a team-themed background styleVETERANS STADIUM BASEBALL MEMORIES A must for any long time Philly sports fanatic! This amazing poster features an aerial view of Philadelphia's south side, from what we believe is the opening day of Veterans Stadium, April 10, 1971. A black and white beauty, it centers on the then new home of the Philadelphia Phillies and a sold out springtime baseball crowd, but also includes the Spectrum and old JFK Memorial Stadium trailing off in the distance.
