White Rock 2015 Pinot Noir palacios-remondo 'The Cream' is by nameWhite Rock Pinot Noir is a very welcome addition to the small, but high quality selection of pinots from tas's north west Ghost Rock (Port Sorrell), Barringwood Park (Sheffield) and Blustery Banks (Spreyton). White Rock Vineyard is at Kimberley, not far in one direction from Railton and, in the other, Elizabeth Town. As well as producing a sweetly silky pinot, White Rock produces the only commercial bottling of the dornfelder grape in the country.
