La Garnacha de Mustiguillo, 2015 Syrah --Josh Raynolds100% Garnacha from Bodegas Mustiguillo whose principal focus is cultivating Bobal but there has always been Garnacha vines on the estate. Vinified in a single 8,000L French Oak Foudre with indigenous yeasts with some stem inclusion; malolactic fermention in smaller french oak barrels then aged 10 months in barriques. This is a ripe, full bodied and lush showing of Garnacha. Organic. El Terrerazo, Spain
