Description
this is a vintage that falls closer to 2012 than 2013 in profile
There is superb complexity and fantastic length and this mineral-driven effort should be capable of drinking well after only 12 years or so of bottle age but require a solid 20 before it’s completely mature
the wine ends with a sweet
incense and smoky Indian spices

Joseph Drouhin, Beaune Clos Mouches Blanc other_regions_italy this is a vintage thatRipe aromas of apple and pear compote possess more prominent floral nuances along with hints of wood toast and just sliced fennel. There is very fine volume to the fleshy and plump flavors that also retain good precision thanks to a similar citrus tinged acid spine on the sneaky long finish. This is a wine of contrasts as the mid palate is rich to the point of opulence, yet the balance is impeccable. Note that this should drink well relatively early
