Pere Mata Cava Cupada Brut Nature Reserva Rosé August 2018 Wine Club Notes of ripe strawberrySparkling Ros of Macabeu, Parellada, Monastrell, Xarel lo "Sourced entirely from Pere's estate vineyards which sit on calcareous clay soils. Hand picked and slowly whole cluster pressed. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel. Bottled for secondary fermentation the Spring after harvest and aged for at least 24 30 months on the lees. Disgorged with zero dosage."
