Juicy and seamless on the palate

focusing on the cedarwood

with a round personality and the essence of smoke

weight and density while managing to remain relatively light on their feet on the slightly stony and hugely long finish

which is a very good regulator and they don’t worry until temperatures reach 33-34 degrees C

Ballot Millot, Volnay Santenots Size:6x750ml Juicy and seamless on the(from young vines situated in Les Plures; this had just been bottled when I tasted it). A background hint of volatile acidity is present on the otherwise pretty and fresh aromas of cherry, raspberry and spice. The sleek, delicious and acceptably concentrated middleweight flavors possess good power and solid length though the firm finish seems somewhat awkward, which may be due to the very recent bottling.
