Long enough for added texture but bright aromas and flavors retained

Always a very aromatic wine to drink young  to make the most of its fruitiness

MCV “Red”, 2022 moscato Pinot GrisBright raspberry, bing cherry, milk chocolate, shortbread, white pepper. Extremely integrated, structured and balanced on the palate, with creamy berries and a hint of pure vanilla. This is a wonderful example of elegant, rustic, defined and complex "New World" wine, showing incredible restraint and bringing joy in a sea of over the top reds.
