Holyman 24 Chardonnay potel it’s a case of ‘lookJoe Holyman has been involved in growing grapes and making wine in Tasmania since 1984. he purchased the vineyard that was planted in 1986 in the Tamar Valley, north of Launceston. In 2008 the construction of the winery began on site. he has expanded the vineyard in recent years with more Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner and Trousseau.
