Chestnut Mushroom nut trees parents and educatorsInfo on shipping: Liquid cultures can only be shipped when temperatures in transit are above freezing (to avoid them freezing in the mail). So we ship them May through October. Feel free to order them during the winter months, we'll mail them out following May. Beautiful chestnut brown mushroom that grows in a cluster. Nutty in flavour and maintains crunch after cooked. Best harvested when small for a tender texture. 1 liquid culture syringe (12 mL)
