focused and tight and the fine mid-palate concentration should enable it to age effortlessly
There is plenty of gas present but this is a bit of a question mark even while acknowledging that the Dujac Gruenchers has a terrific track record
Jacques Prieur, Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru other_regions_italy slightly angular finish underlined by(from young Chambertin vines planted in 1995). Once again, the nose is very ripe with its combination of wood, menthol, mocha and liqueur like aromas of plum and black cherry. There is reasonably good verve to the delicious middle weight flavors that terminate in a warm, grippy and slightly drying finish. This awkward effort is tough to read though I am concerned about the balance over the longer term.
