This vintage party favor was a standard at New Year's Eve Parties and quickly became popular at dances and parties. Dancing couple and party guests are on the base of this noise maker. The graphics indicate circa 1940s. The noisemaker is in very good vintage condition with minor paint loss due to scratches. The noisemaker is approximately 7 7 8 long and 4" wide.
