Miele di Mandorlo Zafferano Trigno is ideal as aAilanthus or tree of heaven, a spontaneous arboreal plant. This rare honey produced in Puglia is characterized by a decidedly fruity aroma and smell reminiscent of exotic fruit and muscat grapes, with an aftertaste of peach tea and a medium sweet flavor. Subject to slow and fine crystallization. Excellent when paired with fruit salads and fruit or fruit flavoured ice creams.
