An exciting wine with a yellow orange color, cloudy because it is unfiltered, and made 100% solely from grapes. Grape variety: Souvignier Gris and Solaris. Vinification: grapes macerated on the skins for 3 weeks with spontaneous fermentation (indigenous yeasts naturally present on the skins) in stainless steel and aged for 4 months in 3rd passage
