Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG Fiori di Sparta Abruzzo Fiorigialli is a wine withEthereal, warm and enveloping (the alcohol content is in fact always close to 15% vol.). The color is bright garnet; the aromas are intense where ripe blackberry, cherry in alcohol and hints of dried plum stand out. The taste is very soft, dry, structured and with character, with a slight perception of toasted and chocolate. An aristocratic and highly prized wine, also suitable for meditation, it finds a happy combination with roasts and noble game.
