Rimarts Cava Gran Reserva Extra Brut 40 mesi BIO 2020 Whisky Vinified using traditional methods andCava Extra Brut Reserva 40 from the Rimarts winery is an artisanal and organic wine aged 40 months on the lees, produced in Sant Sadurn d'Anoia with Xarel lo, Macabeu, Parellada and Chardonnay grapes. The very low dosage (Extra Brut) enhances the freshness, while the long refinement gives complexity and evolved notes. On the nose, aromas of yellow fruit, candied citrus, wild flowers, pastries, toasted bread and dried fruit emerge. On the palate it is
