Aristargos 2022 Zevenwacht and fruit tartsTasting notes The Aristargos 2022 from Winery David & Nadia was made predominantly from Chenin Blanc grapes. The grapes from the two Smillon vineyards were fermented on the skins for a week before being pressed. Afterwards they matured for a year in a very old 2500 liter cask. The Colombard was also fermented on the skins (for 5 days) and aged in an old oak barrel. Part of the Chenin Blanc was fermented and aged in a concrete egg. In total grapes from
