Blanc de Blancs Brut Ruinart 30% GarnachaRuinart Blanc de Blancs is of great aromatic power and has the intact purity of the Chardonnay grape variety from which it is 100% derived. It combines the Premiers Crus of the Cte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Falstaff 94 points: Light green yellow, very fine, persistent mousse. Yellow apple fruit with a subtle hint of biscuit, nuances of fresh quince, delicate hazelnut, mineral touch. Full bodied, good complexity, fruity sweet yellow
