Matic Sauvignon Ya Yeh 2025 Kürbiskernöl Malvasia and WelschrieslingA wonderful natural Sauvignon from northern Slovenia Matija Zerjav, known simply as Matic, belongs to a young generation of Slovenian winemakers who practise biodynamic viticulture out of deep conviction. On his 8 hectare estate in north eastern Slovenia, just outside the city of Maribor, he produces natural wines that are spontaneously fermented without the addition of selected yeasts. All wines are lovingly harvested and bottled by hand and contain
