Grappa Noà Invecchiata Cusumano After the sediment has settledDiego Cusumano had his Grappa No distilled by none other than Paolo Berta in Piedmont. Paolo Berta was named the best grappa distiller in Italy by the gourmet magazine. Due to its ten month maturation in new barriques, this grappa has a golden brown color. On the palate it is mild and full of character. A cuve made from the pomace of Nero d'Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Matured for ten months in barriques.
