Cabernet Franc »R« Grauburgunder Nice to meet youPure Cabernet Franc is rarely found outside of the Loire. It is often blended with Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot in a classic Bordeaux blend. Here it benefits from its quite spicy, peppery nature, reminiscent of dried herbs and green peppers. Our version corresponds less to the classic German red wine type (round, soft), but shows rough edges and is rather wild in style. Deep red and dense in color, with a very spicy nose.
