Primula Vina Tales Amanecer – Salamanca Toro 2019 Kanonkop Kadette Cabernet Sauvignon which extends over 8 hectaresThis wine has matured for 16 months in French oak barrels and a further 12 months in bottle. The 2019 vintage is limited to just 1130 bottles. The aroma is complex with hints of violets, fireplace ash, blueberries and currants. The palate is silky with mild tannins, notes of black plum, cocoa and a balsamic finish. Ideal with roasted or grilled meats and spicy dishes.
