Ermes Pavese Ninive Vino da Uve Stramature 0,5L Klassiske pinot noir fra BadenWhen the first frost has set in, the last remaining grapes are harvested, which then become Ninive a fantastic dessert wine of the eiswein type, or Vino da Uve Stramature (wine of overripe grapes), as they call it in Morgex. The grapes are 100% Pri Blanc and come from Morgex, and are harvested at an altitude of 900 1,200 metres. It is harvested by hand typically during the first ten days of December, when the night frost reaches between 8 C and 10 C.
