Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur Volnay Les Caillerets 1er Cru 2020 Rosévin The wine ages in FrenchThis excellent location is known for its intense mineral wines; Unfortunately, Bitouzets only has enough to make barely three dishes. The nose is a little marked by own at the moment, but will absorb the wood in time; there is definite fruit and the stony, precise tannins to carry this.
