it is aged in 50% used oak barrels and 50% concrete/steel for approx
2022, Savagnin Rose Coteaux Bourguignons Noir and GrisThis cuve is made on an very rare grape from Alsace, only around 100 hectares left. An ancestor of Gewurztraminer, it was abandoned because it is less aromatic and more acidic than the latter. Probably a cuve not produced again due to the difficulty of getting organic farmed Savagnin rose.
