The Cuve Collection reflects more than five generations of commitment from the Dutheil family pioneers of Bandol and natural wine. The wine is spontaneously vinified in steel tanks and matured for 1824 months in old foudres before being bottled with only 20 mg L SO, without fining or filtering.
