Quintarelli Rosso del Merlo 2013 Leclerc Briant Abyss rosé Champagne Andresen is a smaller portDiscover a unique IGT wine from Quintarelli, composed of 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. After the harvest, the grapes are pressed and the fermentation process begins after 7 8 days of maceration. The wine is aged in steel tanks until February, where it undergoes a secondary fermentation with grape lees from the Amarone production, enriching it with additional aromas and flavors. It is aged in Slovenian oak barrels for 8. 5 years.
